How to warm up properly to avoid injury

What is warm up ?

Warm up is a drill which one needs to perform before any type of physical activity, so that muscles, nerves, joints, etc gets ready for physical stress during exercise.

Why is it necessary ?

At normal state, most of body organs like Skin, Muscle, Bone, Joints will be very relaxed state, i.e without any blood flow carrying any nutrients into them. So, when we do the warm up, enough oxygen & nutrients will be passed to entire body properly & every organ will be ready to take the shock during exercise.

What happens if i ignore ?

This is not very uncommon that people  oversee warm up. Even it happens with elite athletes. It ends up in Injury. Our body takes more time to heel a injury compare to recover from exercise. So, it's not worth taking the risk.

When should i do this ?

By general rule, one should perform warm up before any form of exercise, to avoid injury.

How to do ?

I'm going to explain routine for each portion of the body from head to heel. Take time to practice this initially. It will take more time initially, after that you can do it very quickly, say in 5 mins.
